I am positive that this will fall on deaf ears but I must say something. Called customer service to find out about some charges. The woman could barely speak English, had to stop her many times as she could not understand what I was trying to ask. After finally getting through to her what the issue was, she blurted out some scripted bull and couldn't answer any other questions. When I asked her if she was in the US, she simply hung up! Seriously! Oh and then when I went to the website to figure out how to leave a message or comment - nothing that was easily accessible. Its forcing me to give you at least one star - you don't deserve even that! Will be seriously reconsidering using Amazon in the future.

I am ready to cancel my entire Prime account because I cannot contact Amazon Customer service to cancel Starz, HBO and Com-con that was added to my account without my knowledge. I am already a subscriber to ALL of the Prime Movie channels. I will not pay Amazon for something that I can get on my TV and no one is watching them there either. Cancel all extra subscriptions NOW or I will cancel my Prime account all-together.

I am very savvy in dealing with product returns, exchanges or overall product issues - but occasionally, the online predicated responses are not relative, e.g., an issue that doesn't fit the mandated options. What happened to "Other"? And if you have an "other" issue, there is no one to contact via phone or Live Chat.
